Christina Benty, Retired Politician, Jazz Singer & Personal Leadership Specialist
Christina is a retired politician, a jazz singer, and the owner of Strategic Leadership Solutions, a consulting firm designed to assist teams in building a culture of excellence in leadership and governance. Since her own leadership journey transformed Christina's personal, professional, spiritual, and emotional way of being in the world, she wants to inspire leaders to first and foremost take their stewardship responsibility towards their own life seriously.
This happens when you lead from your soul rather than your role.
Christina's leadership excellence coaching and facilitation approach focuses on:
- Presence, bringing her whole self to her work and her life.
- Being genuinely curious about people’s stories and the thinking that led them there; an innate desire to learn and grow from each encounter and the ability to sense where coaching and facilitation need to naturally unfold next.
- Her lived experience in the world of politics coupled with academic studies in leadership and a deep passion to cultivate the discipline of leadership.
Christina is eager for further opportunities to deliver corporate training on governance, personal mastery, systems thinking, change management and team building. She is also ready to offload the administrative aspects of her work and free up more of her time for the parts of her business that she excels at. Christina is always open and interested in opportunities to speak, and loves to engage in conversations in a mastermind team that fuel energy and ideas.
"Christina Benty is an outstanding speaker, facilitator and motivationalist who possesses a truly rare and unique gift – a vibrant combination of positivity and passion so powerful and compelling you leave each interaction energized and inspired to meaningful action.
