“Women entrepreneurs make important economic contributions in Saskatchewan and across the country. At Hill & Levene, we want women students to see entrepreneurship as a viable and intriguing career path, that’s why we partner with PowerHerhouse. We are engaging with this from a number of avenues, for example, with the support of RBC for the next two years the incoming RBC Woman Executive in Residence will focus on women’s entrepreneurship. Dr. Gina Grandy is Dean and Professor of Strategy and Leadership with Hill & Levene Schools of Business at the University of Regina.
Dr. Grandy started her role as Dean July 1 of this year.
Gina is also a trained leadership and performance coach and consults in the areas of leadership, women in leadership, strategy and change. Her research and consulting experiences span for-profit, public sector and not-profit organizations in Canada, US and the UK. Gina has co-edited two books, and her research on leadership, gender and women’s experiences at work, stigmatized work, and case writing has been published widely.
