WHO is Christina Benty?

Christina is a national speaker, civic leadership performance coach, author and organizational systems specialist. In PowHERhouse, Christina is a Braid Partner, WE GATHER Co-Host, First Steps Curriculum Developer & Facilitator, Amplify Leadership Performance Coach. She works with leaders and organizations who want to build a culture of excellence in an environment that is kinder, wiser, and more conscious. Certified in DiSC©, Christina uses this personal development assessment to build staff and Council’s understanding of their behaviours in relations to others and how to apply this knowledge in work and/or conflict situations. She is also a certified P+S Organizational Workshop Trainer, an experiential learning methodology designed to expose and transform system blindness. We can do better, not by doing more but BEING more intentional. As individuals, we live in and are highly dependant on our co-created organizational systems. If we want to create a better experience in life and more functional partnerships with changemakers that lead to meaningful positive change in our communities, we need a perspective shift that offers the hope of creating saner, healthier, more creative and productive human systems - BEING more.
