The No-Time-for-Breakfast Solution: PowHERhouse ‘Overnight Protein Pudding’

No time for breakfast?  No excuses with this quick and simple high-energy, high-protein recipe.  Mix together:

yogurt and berries - resized1/2-2/3 cup Liberty 0% Plain Greek Yogurt

1/4-1/2 cup Dry-curd cottage cheese

1/2 cup Frozen berry blend

2 tbsp chia seeds or Skinny B cereal

1 scoop whey isolate protein powder (or your favourite)

Sprinkle cinnamon or Xylosweet – optional

Few nuts or seeds – optional

Let set in fridge overnight.  Remove from fridge upon rising and mix again in the morning. Flavour set and ready to roll for a great breakfast that will keep you smilin’ all morning, full of energy and yummy flavours!  Remember, with proactive eating, you want to eat enough that you won’t be hungry for three hours but not so much that you won’t be hungry in three hours.  Don’t forget to get your water in, especially first thing in the morning.  CSJ
