Enjoy Harissa steak tips with cinnamon yam medallions served with watermelon radish arugula salad.

Steak, 200g (palm-size)
Harissa Paste, 1 tsp
Lime, just a squeeze
1 Yam (fist-size)
Cinnamon, just a pinch
Watermelon radish
Arugula
Lemon wedge
Marinate the steak tips with the Harissa paste and squeeze of lime for 20 minutes.
Pan fry for 5 minutes until cooked medium rare.
Boil the yams until almost soft then remove and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Flash fry the yam medallions on both sides to to make crispy.
Plate a handful of arugula with the cut up watermelon radishes and squeeze with the lemon wedge.
