Spaghetti Squash Pad Thai

Spaghetti Squash Pad Thai | Fuel Me

Thank you Dr. Mark Hyman for this great recipe.  We would recommend being careful not to overcook your carrots or sprouts – less is more!  The next time we tackle this recipe, we will pre-cook our spaghetti squash earlier in the day and let it ‘dry out’ as much as possible before sauteing it in order to achieve an even more crispy-noodle-like effect!

PowHERful lean-eating means finding flavourful recipes that satisfy your taste buds, enough ‘bulk & fibre’ that you honestly feel full after eating, and ingredients that provide a nutrient-dense breakdown, giving you the most bang for your buck!  #qualitycaloriescount
