No time for breakfast? Try these healthy and satisfying oatmeal c0okies that are jam-packed with dense nutrition and quality calories that will keep you revved up all morning long. They are a PowHERhouse staple ~ great for breakfast or as a post-workout snack with a piece of fruit or protein shake.
No eggs, butter, oils, sugar or flour!

3 bananas mashed
1/3 cup applesauce (optional)
2 cups oats
1/4 cup almond milk (a splash, depending on ripeness of bananas)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
Add what you fancy…
Dried cranberries or chopped dates…
Raw sunflower seeds, pumpkin and or almonds flakes…
1 tbsp cranberry ginger chia goodness (optional)
2 scoop protein powder
Mix well and drop by tablespoon.
Bake at 350 for 15 min. Watch that you don’t over-bake and may want to broil for 2 minutes to crisp up the tops.
