I love attending PowHERlunch events! When we think of leaders in our communities we sometimes think of people who have done big things, but Leaders surround us every day.  Each one of us harbours a leader within, and we can all change someone’s life without even realizing it.  We need to empower our younger leaders to step up and share their story; what will it take to bring it out?  Events like the September 26th PowHERlunch Regina with local leaders speaking and opportunities to break into Pods to share stories and ask questions is an incredible opportunity… because leadership does not have a user manual.
