PowHERhouse hopes to assess your appetite for a potential impact accelerator event, Fall 2020 or Winter 2021, for women leaders across the Sea-to-Sky Region. What is an Impact Accelerator? 

We follow a proven event experience framework that provides the flexibility to be customized region-by-region to best fit the needs, readiness, and priorities of a community. Overall, an Accelerator is:

• A highly interactive deep-dive into where you are going as a leader over the next decade and why.
• A nurturing, non-typical environment to explore what your path might look and feel like as well as next steps that you feel ready for.
• Progressive and strategic stretch-thinking, facilitated conversation and purpose-driven discussions designed to help you find greater clarity, stimulate co-creation and collaboration, and communicate what or who you need to connect with next.
