Oatmeal Cranberry Cinnamon PowHERdrop Cookies

Oatmeal Cranberry Cinnamon PowHERdrop Cookies | Fuel MeWhether you have a couple of these Oatmeal Cranberry Cinnamon PowHERdrop Cookies with some eggs for breakfast or later in the afternoon with a cup of tea, we recommend them for taste, satiety and to help keep your blood sugar levels constant and cravings at bay.  The key to consistency eating well is not deprivation but creating systems you can build on for the long term.

No eggs, butter, oils, sugar or flour!

Can you believe it?
3 bananas mashed
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 – 2-1/2 cups oats (depending on the size of bananas, use gluten-free if you wish)
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
1+ tsp cinnamon
Add what you like… 1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries.  Try unsweetened coconut, raw sunflower seeds, pumpkin and or slivered almonds
2 generous scoops protein powder

Mix well drop by tablespoon.

Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
