Singer-songwriter Sandy Powlik has been turning heads for years. From fronting a 17-piece big band to co-founding and being sole lyricist for original folk rock group, Sonnenblume, to running the show for over a decade as Lola Parks. The multi-award winner has performed on five continents, shared billing with Grammy and Juno award winners and had songs on TV, in independent film and on radio. With her trio, she did several Western Canada tours. Her discography includes: Sonnenblume (1999), Lola Parks (2003), Here (2012) and new release, The Hustle (2017).
