In case you are short on time this week, we wanted to share a PowHERhouse super-simple and fast dinner solution.
Spaghetti squash topped with Yves Ground Round (new Thai ginger flavour) and sauteed veggies (celery, red pepper, onion and tomato).
Peanut butter miso dressing on top and a sprinkle of sunflower seeds.
Miso Peanut Butter Dressing:
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 tbsp miso
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2-1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tbsp Bragg’s liquid soy
Mix in a little water to get it the consistency desired.
