These are relational changemaker conversations that alternate between integrated storytelling featuring a Changemaker who expands our understanding and habits of whole leadership, and an hour-long Wisdom Circle where the hosts are listening and the audience is talking. We develop these relational changemaker habits together on the LeadHER Path.
Risk being relational in a group setting, allowing vulnerability to hold a seat at the table.
The women guiding this conversation embody relationality, they walk a path of changemaking that invites us to deepen our connection to self, other, all, and spirit. They are relational changemakers.

This Spring we are exploring what it means to hold space for vulnerability. As you know, every year we host a FireCircle, and that fire circle takes on a seemingly unanswerable question. In our last global firecircle, we asked and explored: What does it mean to heal our systems? The answer that the collective wisdom brought to the forefront over our four days together was: relationships.
We began this year with the theme of cracking open to relational ways and this season we're taking it out onto the skinny branches, one step further to offer relational changemaker habits of holding space for vulnerability. Once we've broken open for that relational connection, what happens next in the room is vulnerability.
This relational changemaker conversation with the PowHERhouse Braid asks:
- What do you need to feel safe? Do you know what your team needs?
- Are you willing to risk being relational in a group setting?
- Consider adding social time to your next meeting.
- Have you brought in a trauma-informed facilitator yet? (p.s. Talk to us).
- Is this relational work hard?
When you reflect on these questions what comes up for you? How can you integrate these relational changemaker habits into a practice? We dive into the unpacking process of this conversation during our bi-weekly wisdom circles on the LeadHER Path where this series of seasonal changemaker conversations are all available to you now.
We are grateful to Kelly, Christina, Tina, and Charlene for holding space for habits of vulnerability. If you're ready for more relational changemaker habits like these we invite you to come on over to the LeadHER path to develop a practice with community.
Thanks for being here.
We'll see you on the LeadHER Path.
With love,
The PowHERhouse team
