Who Are You in One Sentence? How Do You Want to Be Known and Remembered?

I want to be known and remembered as a warrior with a winning mindset who can get the job done and have fun doing it.

What Do You Care Deeply About? What Do You Stand For?  Something is calling you.

I stand for whole and healthy leadership and care deeply about honesty, integrity, and hard work.

When Do You Feel MOST Lit Up? What are You Doing at That Time? Who Are You With?

I feel most lit up when I am challenged or competing, especially when I fall behind.

Where Do You Want to be 12 Months From Now on Your Leader Path?

In 12 months I see myself preparing to transition into a new role within a different part of Canada in order to further my understanding of the national construction market and landscape to be better-rounded as a leader in my field.

In five years I would like to be managing a team so that I can have influence in developing future talent within Hilti.

And Why?

I enjoy making a difference and I enjoy working cohesively as a team. The fire that gets me out of bed every morning is the people I interact with at work. There is something new and exciting to learn every day while being able to provide tangible value across various internal and external stakeholders.
