This optional pre-FireCircle session welcomes Artists of Impact, Naomi McDougall Jones, Storyteller, Changemaker, Future Doula, and Sarah Springer, Creative Development Producer, Director, and Advocate for Inclusion in Media. Naomi is an award-winning filmmaker, actress, author, speaker, and women in film activist. Sarah is the Co-Founder of One Story Media Group. One Story is a collective of media professionals who excel in creative storytelling that unites communities, challenges points of views, and moves people to action. Together, this dynamic duo - and many Artists of Impact like them - is out to reimagine the world we want by 2030 and use their creative gifts, multi-layered talents, and expansive sphere of positive influence to get us there.

Healing Our Families' Future Now
Ecko is a trained digital media and performing artist who specializes in the creation of safe spaces to empower sacred creativity. She works through the disciplines of singing, spoken word, rap, writing, speaking, music, sound, film, and sacred space/empowerment facilitation. She began presenting to her peers as a youth in 2002 through speaking and performance and has since dedicated her career to empowering the next generations through culture and art.

Healing US, the Humans of this Planet: Our Local-to-Global Role & Responsibility for the World We Want By 2030
Mark Brand is a pioneering chef and entrepreneur in the field of Social Impact and Community Development. Along with overseeing the 5 organizations under MB Inc, Brand leads his A Better Life Foundation in Canada, the United States, he is a Stanford fellow, Professor of Innovation and Design Thinking, and has served as executive chef for the American Refugee Committee and Pope Francis's Climate Challenge. Brand has recently been appointed to the United Nations Catalyst team focusing on food waste, poverty, and the impacts of current systemic structures on the most marginalized. At the root of everything he works on, his belief is that the solutions are all attainable with deep cooperation and the understanding there is no “Us and Them, only Us.”
