2021 FIRE CIRCLE ANNOUNCEMENT

FireCircle 2021

Deliberate group gathering at The Fire.

FireCircle is a model of group listening and wisdom gathering for sound decision-making for groups of 4-50 leaders offered both online and offline, as health regulations allow. Imagine the opportunity to gauge an accurate yet non-evasive temperature check with your people.

The FireCircle model and methodology is a proven demonstration of reconciliation-in-action, whole leadership, and deliberate weaving.

Fewer presentations, more presence. Fewer panels, more peer-to-peer inspiration. Less PowerPoint, more truth-telling where participants are met with energy, respect, and a safe space within small-group facilitated conversations.

Hosted and co-facilitated by PowHERhouse founder, Charlene SanJenko; First Steps and FireCircle Lead, Christina Benty; Amplify Story Coach, Tina Overbury, and Indigenous Wisdom Recorder, Sharon Marshall.

Each FireCircle gathering is inclusive, experiential, faith-based (non-religious), and fully integrated. Collective wisdom is received and recorded.

PowHERhouse is now accepting indications of interest for FireCircles in 2021 for your organization or association as well as hosting our own April 16 & 17, 2021.

The FireCircle process is a practice of interconnection and healing; a process of deliberate weaving that tangibly builds unity, harmony, and wholeness, grounding in Indigenous wisdom. Participants feel seen, heard, recognized, and appreciated.

FireCircle is a process of listening, witnessing, and implementing to bring the leaders of today through the fire of our times. Our proven FireCircle model and methodology can be customized for any group or organization.

INQUIRY-BASED LISTENING | ADAPTIVE GROUP DISCUSSIONS | WISDOM HARVESTING | CONSENT-BASED ENGAGEMENT | GRAPHIC RECORDING + FOLLOW-UP REPORTING WITH DIGITAL STORY-TELLING AND IMPACT MEDIA PRODUCTION

The FireCircle model is an experience, not a workshop. It incorporates inquiry-based listening, breakout room discussions, stretch-thinking for solution finding, peer-to-peer wisdom sharing, and restorative practices for reflection to ignite higher levels of creativity and innovation while staying grounded and anchored in collective findings.

The FireCircle methodology incorporates multi-learning and sensory modalities using music, visuals, rhythm, reflective silence, kinesthetic movement, breathwork, and cognitive patterning for all types of learners. We follow a consent-based approach, always honouring the unique accessibility needs and styles of every individual in the Circle.
