Question for today: If our words ultimately determine our destiny, how can we more deliberately and intentionally choose them?

Let it be an experiment. Explore it. Dance with the discipline of it. Observe the outcomes.

For 2020, commit to connecting with yourself for 8 minutes most days.
Yes all it takes is a few minutes (5-15 minutes) to CONNECT with yourself.
This time is essential, connecting within to expanding your reach personally and professionally in 2020.
Beginning first with tapping in to pay attention to our relationship to ourselves, our words, thoughts, feelings, and intentions. Journaling offers this process of leap and retreat, action and stillness.
This is the true process of connection~ listening while in both states for the "valuable information within ourselves" that moves us forward into action, aligning with our intentions and therefore, closer to achieving our goals in 2020.
IN YOUR JOURNAL you can COMMIT to CONNECT ~
- Commit to Morning Priming~ 5-15 minutes per day
- Commit to dropping in to deep awareness/ close attention
- Commit to positive self-care talk with words & intentions
- Commit to translating your words into Action Steps
- Then REPEAT this CYCLE.
