Craving-Killer Protein Cookies: Practicing the 80-20 Rule with PowHERhouse!

ChefChar 002For those of you who know me well, you know I have a killer sweet tooth.  Big time.  For this reason, it’s vital for me be prepared with some ‘craving killer’ treats.  This cookie recipe from November’s Oxygen magazine is dynamite!  I promise you, cravings will be gone!

Remember, long-term effective lifestyle management is about practicing the 80-20 rule.  80% of the time, we eat for fuel.  20% of the time, we eat for fun.  And, we always train hard and rest when we need to!  Enjoy!
