Confidence is a SKILL!

Like any skill, in order for it to be one of value to you and your life, it must be honed, crafted and practiced.


Confidence is a MUSCLE!

You build confidence just like a muscle.  The more you build it, the better is serves you and the more confident you become.  Confidence breeds confidence.

Everyone has muscle.  Whether you choose to strengthen them determines whether they will be more visible (and useful) or not. This is also true with your confidence muscle. Everyone has confidence in something they do, whether it be tying your shoes, driving, or the daily tasks you execute in your job.  Absolutely no one is completely foreign to the feeling of confidence. It is a matter of what you are choosing to focus on when it comes to confidence. It takes effort to learn, build and strengthen confidence in new areas, that is all.  Focus on the new aspect or area that you want to have confidence in.


Work at it daily.

Take baby-steps in doing so if needed, but take steps.


Choose positive thoughts, daily!

Confidence begins with your thoughts.  Thoughts are what feed your confidence muscle.  I’ll repeat that:  “Thoughts are what feed your confidence muscle.”  Feed it poor quality, negative thoughts, and you will have weak, low self- esteem, failing confidence.


Believe in yourself!

Sometimes that is where the challenge lies within you – BELIEF (or lack of it).  Should that be a challenge in the beginning, simply DECIDE to believe in yourself.  Everyday make that decision!  This may require you to make that decision a hundred times in a day.  Over and over and over again.  Eventually, I promise you – if you do this – just like a muscle, the belief and your confidence will grow!  It will grow big & strong!


All of this also requires repetition, repetition, repetition!

Anything worth having requires patience, desire and determination.


Three things you can do to unleash confidence NOW:

  1. TRUTHFUL & POSITIVE conversation with yourself.  Also, repeated aloud to others with like-minded thinking and supportive, encouraging energy.
  2. Focus on what you TRULY do want, not on what you don’t want or don’t have.
  3. Fill your conscious mind with what you want to manifest in your life.  You are a product of what you ingest – mind, body and soul!  Start by reading the book “Feel the Fear & Do It Anyway” by Susan Jeffers.  It is a gamechanger.


You are a product of what and who you surround yourself with by way of energy, people, conversations… strength breeds strength.  What you choose to be surrounded by in your life will breed more of that in your life. You decide! You already have the power so what will you choose for yourself?  Do it!  Have conversations about it.  Always make it positive and watch what happens.

Everything boils down to the conversations you are having with yourself and others.  Speak only about what you DO want!  Focus on what you DO want without attaching anything else to it.  If you focus ONLY on that which you DO want, then you will make decisions that will garner that result.  You bring about what you think about.


Repetition! Repetition! Repetition!

Build your confidence daily!

It is your most PowHERful muscle.
