  • Work with you to watch for suitable and relevant articles/current affairs to comment on
  • Work with you to watch for panels, conferences and online summits that may be appropriate for you to speak at
  • Specificity conversation to ensure efforts and priorities are aligned
  • Representation, profiling and positioning at any PowHERhouse live events or virtual webinars that are a good fit

Phase 3:  90 Days

  • Continued refinement of online profile
  • Regular cultivation of online articles and brand-building images
  • Refinement of six key messages and updated Linkedin articles and social media images
  • Work with you to watch for suitable and relevant articles/current affairs to comment on
  • Work with you to watch for panels, conferences and online summits that may be appropriate for you to speak at
  • Review and refinement of 12-month strategy
  • Engagement campaign with specific area of focus and key targets as identified
  • Introduction to Action + Accountability POD partners – 3-4 senior Canadian leaders from various like-minded industries/sectors to form a mini-mastermind

Phase 4:  90 Days

Year-End Review

  • Review performance, results, traction and impact of 12-month strategy
  • Develop impact report to communicate the same
